To the Editor:
It’s simple: We need to support a candidate for Supreme Court justice who has the experience, compassion and temperament necessary to treat everyone fairly and who will impartially apply the law to ensure a just outcome. That candidate is Danielle Fogel.
Fogel is a strong advocate with years of experience as a trial lawyer that gives her a familiarity with the judicial system that the entire community will benefit from having her on the bench. Her dedication to upholding equal justice under the law can be seen through the following: a member of the McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center Board of Directors, president of the Onondaga County Bar Association, and past president of the Central New York Women’s Bar Association.
Fogel is passionate about the law and sharing that passion with others. She taught constitutional Law as an adjunct professor, mentored students at Syracuse University College of Law, and served as a legal advisor to a high school Mock Trial Team.
Fogel has spent nearly two decades as a trial lawyer which gives her the experience necessary to provide the impartial, neutral, nonpartisan decisions needed on the Supreme Court today.
Please join me in voting for Danielle Fogel this fall.

To the Editor:
I have read several editorial endorsements for the candidates running for New York Supreme Court. I agree that experience and integrity are requirements for this important position. I also believe that a judge should have the qualities of active listening and empathy as well as intellectual impartiality and a moral center.

To the Editor:
As we get closer to Election Day, I hope my fellow voters recognize what I have known for years — that Danielle Fogel is the clear choice for New York state Supreme Court judge. Fogel is the only candidate with nearly two decades of real legal experience in Onondaga County Supreme Court and the other counties that comprise the 5th Judicial District. She has spent the majority of her career as a working mother balancing a very active litigation practice with the needs of her family, all the while finding time to serve her community on nonprofit boards near and dear to her heart, such as the McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center. Fogel’s experience, integrity and temperament, coupled with her work ethic, have earned her the respect and admiration of her peers in the legal community. That is why she was elected president of the Onondaga County Bar Association. I encourage you to vote for Danielle Fogel on Election Day to ensure we have an experienced, practicing attorney on the bench who will best serve our community.

Oneida County has a key opportunity on their ballot this year. Countywide, we have two fantastic judicial candidates who will do an excellent job upholding the law and protecting our communities on the bench.
First, Danielle Fogel is running for the newly created State Supreme Court seat for the 5th Judicial District. Danielle, a Utica native, has been practicing law in New York state since 2005, and currently serves as the president of the Onondaga County Bar Association. Danielle spans a wealth of knowledge across the legal field, a vital necessity to be a successful Supreme Court judge. Danielle is also a former forensic scientist with the New York State Police and has been endorsed by numerous local law enforcement groups, including the Utica PBA.
Secondly, Jason Flemma is running for the Family Court seat that will be vacated by retiring Judge Griffith. Jason also boasts a wealth of experience for this seat, having served as a court attorney to Judge Brouillette in Family Court. Jason has been practicing law in Utica for over 15 years and has been a tremendous asset to families in Oneida County.
On Nov. 2, let’s be sure to elect these two fantastic, and extremely qualified lawyers to serve our community.

To the Editor:
Danielle Fogel would be an effective and compassionate Supreme Court judge. I have known Danielle personally for many years through various community and professional activities, and she has demonstrated herself to be an efficient and productive leader, always meeting the goals she sets for herself. Danielle has a wealth of professional experience in the law, including extensive trial experience, something which is rare and not easy to accomplish. She is also willing to share her experience to benefit others. Despite her busy schedule and demanding professional roles, Danielle advises high school mock trial students, volunteers with local non-profits, mentors younger attorneys, and is always available to share her wisdom. Her commitment to our community is proven by her actions.
Perhaps most importantly, Danielle cares. If you know Danielle, you know that she always greets you with a big hug and a warm smile. She cares about her colleagues, her friends, her clients, and I am confident she will care about the parties in her court while fairly and impartially applying the law. We are fortunate to have such a qualified, dynamic, and compassionate judicial candidate in the Fifth Judicial District. Elect Danielle Fogel.

To the Editor:
Danielle Fogel has practiced law in our community for over 16 years. She is an experienced trial lawyer who has spent her entire career advocating for clients in New York State Supreme Court on matters involving civil litigation. Experience really matters for a Supreme Court seat, she has it and is not just another politician running for a judgeship. Also, Danielle currently serves as President of the Onondaga County Bar Association and is a past president of the Central New York Women’s Bar Association.
Experience, integrity and work ethics matter when running for Judge, Danielle has it all and I urge voters in our judicial district to elect Danielle Fogel on Election Day, Nov. 2.
