Danielle has practiced law in our community for over 16 years. She is an experienced trial lawyer who has spent her entire career advocating for clients in New York State Supreme Court matters involving civil litigation. In this capacity, she has tried numerous cases to verdict and argued scores of motions and appeals.
Early in her career she worked as an associate in a midsize defense firm and an attorney in a small plaintiff’s firm. More recently, as a partner in a law firm, Danielle served as chair of one of the litigation departments as well as a member of the management team. Presently she serves as an attorney in a firm that handles litigation and risk management. She has extensive experience resolving cases favorably through jury trials and alternative dispute resolution.
Danielle currently serves as President of the Onondaga County Bar Association and is a past president of the Central New York Women’s Bar Association.
Danielle is a committed community volunteer having served on numerous boards of not-for-profit organizations including McMahon Ryan Child Advocacy Center and Anita’s Stevens-Swan Humane Society.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Utica College and a Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law.
Prior to attending law school, Danielle was a Forensic Scientist for the New York State Police.
Danielle has lived in Central New York her entire life. She was born and raised in South Utica and currently lives in East Syracuse. Danielle and her husband Michael are parents to Anthony and Mason and their four-legged furbaby, Jake, who was adopted from Helping Hounds.
